Book Discussion Group
Our book discussion group, Books 'n Brews is held on the fourth Thursday evening of each month.  We meet at Rumor's 212 W. Main St. here in Hudson at 7 p.m.  We discuss the books that we are currently reading or have read in the past and would like to share about.
The Library and Rumor's furnish appetizers.  Participants are welcome to order from the menu if they wish and are responsible for their own beverages. Please join us for a relaxing, enjoyable evening.
Winding down time from a busy long day
Kids....join us in your jammies for a couple of good bedtime stories.  The third Thursday of each month @ 6:30 p.m.  Bring your friends, your pillow, a stuffed animal if you wish.  It's just simple fun.
Better than cartoons.....
The fourth Saturday of each month at 10:15, there will be a storytime session at the library.
Activities will vary each time, readers will vary each time....come join us and see what we have planned for you!!  Bring your friends.
1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m.
AMATEURS!!  PROFESSIONALS!!!  ONCE-IN-A-WHILER'S!!!  All are welcome to come join us as we share ideas, thoughts and information.  Come see our display on the rolling grid on the main floor of the library....maybe your picture will be there next month!! 
We have added a second evening each month to do more "hands on" with our cameras and equipment.  The first Thursday is learning from the Great Courses DVD and choosing our theme and choice winners.  We change out the display each month also.

Pull up your genes here at the library!!  Use our free subscription to ANCESTRY.COM here at the library!  Available everyday during open hours, come see what we have in our obituary files, our short files and our many family history files/books that we have.  If you need help with research our staff is ready to help you to the best of our ability.

Everyone likes a good book.  Whether it is in your hands and you turn the pages or if it is on a screen and you push the arrow...Overdrive is free to all of our patrons using your library card.  Come in and sign up, we will get you started.  
You will need all the zeros in your new number and your password is your last name in lowercase.
If you are still having trouble, please call the library and we will walk you through it.
You can use use the library 24/7. Just click on our link up above in the header and you can search our catalog, whenever you wish.  If you would like to renew your books or see what it is you have checked out....go to the upper right corner and click on log-in.  Your log in is your patron barcode on the back of your library card and your password is your last name all lowercase.  If you have any problems, don't hesitate to call the library and we will walk you through it.  517-448-3801
