Using the Library at Home

This option will always be available to you!!
You can use use the library 24/7. Just click on our link up above in the header and you can search our catalog, whenever you wish.  If you would like to renew your books or see what it is you have checked out....go to the upper right corner and click on log-in.  Your log in is your patron barcode on the back of your library card and your password is your last name all lowercase.  If you have any problems, don't hesitate to call the library and we will walk you through it.  517-448-3801 

Ancestry.com (Library Edition)

ANCESTRY.COM LIBRARY EDITION is NOW AVAILABLE!!  
Who's your grand-daddy?  Pull up your genes here at the library!!  Use our free subscription to ANCESTRY.COM here at the library.  It is available everyday during open hours, come see what we have in the obituary files, our short files and our many family history files/books that we have.  If you need help with research our staff is ready to help you to the best of our ability.

MeL Ordering

MEL is the Michigan Electronic Library. Through this you can order materials that you would like to read that our library does not own.  The main thing is before you order, please....please....please check our library catalog first.  Sometimes MEL doesn't tell you that we own it, so it is very important to check our listings first.  The RIDES service will deliver your MEL item to us, we will process it and then call you when it is ready for pick up.

This service is provided in cooperation with your local library, the Woodland's Library Cooperative, Library of Michigan and Midwest Library Collaborative System.
